Assessment
We look at how you work today.
01 — Akrosoft
We become part of your team for as long as the project lasts — and after it, too.
02 — Services
Systems that fit how your people already work: integrations between platforms, and that one process someone still handles by hand every week.
→ 02We take over what already exists, even if another vendor built it: we document it, stop the firefighting, and keep improving it with you.
→ 03We go through your infrastructure and the options with you before writing a line of code. Sometimes the best recommendation is to build nothing.
→ 04Sites, portals and web platforms: from your company page to the system your team works in every day.
→ 05iOS and Android apps wired into your systems: for your people in the field, on the floor, or for your own customers.
→03 — How we work
We look at how you work today.
What, when and for how much.
Progress you can already use.
We stay with you.
04 — Capabilities
We pick whichever tool suits your company best. We know a wide range of technologies and how to get the most out of each one.
The logic and the data that hold the operation up.

05 — Why Akrosoft
No layers of account managers. Whoever answers your questions is the same person working on your system.
You don’t wait until the end to know how it’s going. Every week there’s something working you can open and try, plus a summary of what comes next.
The repository, the credentials and the architecture decisions are in your name from the start, not at the end of the project.
We define what is and isn’t included before we start. If the scope changes, it’s quoted separately and you approve it.
No closed-off pieces, no licenses of ours in the middle. If you ever continue with another team, they can pick the project up without rebuilding it.
You write and we answer the same business day, even if it’s only to say we’re still looking into it.
If what you need is solved by a tool that already exists, or by someone else, you hear it on the first call and not after signing.
06 — Frequently asked
Yes, and it’s a good part of what we do. We take on systems built by another vendor, document them, stabilize what’s failing, and go on from there with improvements.
Closed-scope projects: a fixed price for defined deliverables, paid in stages. Maintenance runs as a monthly retainer with agreed hours.
It depends on the scope, and we give you a number before signing. We work in stages, so you see something running well before the final date.
Yes. We’re based in Nuevo León and work remotely with companies across Mexico, Latin America and the United States. We share a time zone with most of the Americas, so we overlap during your working day with no overnight shifts. When the project calls for it, we visit the operation in person.
You do. The code and the access are yours and live in your repository from the first commit. We leave no closed-off parts that force you to stay with us.
Meetings, documentation and code in English or Spanish, whichever suits your team. If you would rather read everything in Spanish, this same page is translated.
